Does it cost my dealership or broking business anything?

No. There is no cost and no subscription at your end. Anything commercial gets talked through and put in writing before a single referral moves.

Question 2

I am a mortgage broker. Will this interfere with my home loan client?

Accepted Answer

No. Josh only writes what you refer, which is the asset, consumer or commercial piece. He does not write mortgages, so there is nothing to cross over. The client is handed back to you once the finance settles.

Question 3

Do I need my own credit accreditation to refer?

Accepted Answer

No. A referral is a name and a number. You are not providing credit assistance, and Josh takes the file from the first phone call.

Question 4

Will you contact my client about anything else?

Accepted Answer

No. Josh arranges the finance you referred and hands the client back. They are not marketed to for unrelated products, and your own relationship with them is left alone.

What if the client has been declined already?

Accepted Answer

Send it through anyway. A decline at one lender is not a decline everywhere, and the panel covers prime through to subprime.

How quickly will my client hear back?

Accepted Answer

Within 30 minutes of the referral landing, including after hours and weekends when a deal needs it.

Can I see what is happening with a deal?

Yes. Referring partners get access to the partner portal in the CRM with live status on every deal.

Do you handle private sales as well as floor stock?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both dealership sales and private sales are handled, along with refinances and balloon payouts.
